Who are BtoBet?
BtoBet have more than two decades of experience in the sports book and online gaming market, so they are an established operation in the sports betting industry. The company also had more than thirty operators already established on its platform at the time of the takeover, so it has a proven track record of success.
BtoBet were originally headquartered on the UK overseas territory of Gibraltar, with around a hundred employees. Most of these were located close to the company’s offices in Italy and North Macedonia. In 2019, the last full year for which BtoBet published financial results, the company declared a total income of €4.4 million, with earnings before tax (EBITDA) of €1.5 million. The first six months of 2020 indicated an impressive level of growth, with revenues predicted to rise by at least 50% and earnings on course for a 100% increase by the year end.

Sports Betting Platform
BtoBet’s sports betting software, named Neuron 3, is also an excellent fit for the company’s Aspire Core casino platform. Both are extremely flexible. Aspire Global’s Core offers operators the ability to pick only the services they need, whilst also giving players an astounding range of games to play. Meanwhile BtoBet’s Neuron 3 allows its operators to configure their site for whichever sports are most popular in their territory. Operators can also choose their own risk profiles from three alternative formats: manage risk via their own team; entrust risk management to BtoBet’s dedicated and experienced traders, or a kind of hybrid of the two.
Future Plans
The two new partners have wasted no time in integrating their services in order to take advantage of these synergies. BtoBet’s sportsbook is now available on Aspire Global’s own proprietary platform, and has already been successfully launched on casinos targeting the Irish market. More brands will be launched in additional markets as regulatory permissions and licencing arrangements allow.
Meanwhile, BtoBet is already a leading sports betting provider in Latin America and Africa and will now benefit from its new owners’ increasing presence on these continents too. It will also now be able to gain access to more of the US market as increasing numbers of states liberalise their betting and gambling regulations. Aspire Global subsidiary Pariplay has integrated the company’s sports betting software onto its Fusion platform ready for launch on the US market.
New sportsbook operations are already in operation in countries all over the globe as a result of the merger of the two companies. These include locations as far apart as Columbia, Ghana and Russia.
